Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
